The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. I had a great stay of 3 weeks and enjoyed also daily communication with the staff having a more personal feeling - feeling like home a little. Through my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything needed and offering helpful recommendations on the way. The food was delicious and with great variety. I could only wish for future stays in other Hotels to be this pleasant. Would highly recommend.

I haven't stayed on the oudong side of shanghai before but booked as it was inbetween the new airport and pearl tower which made it great for day trips. Room looked brand new, reception and housekeeping were very friendly and accomidation of my limited chinese Lots of great malls and resturants within walking distance aswell as all the tourist hotspots being a 10-20 miniute rideshare 100% would stay here again

Very nice location with many restaurants with local food. Several shopping possibilities . Metro station very near, just about 10 mins walking. Street clean and safe. We did enjoy breakfast a lot.Selection of western and Chinese food. Location was for us great, better than expected. Very nice and helpful stuff .

It was convenient to the airport about 20 mins and about 20 mins to Disneyland the staff were super lovely from greeting outside to being helpful even with the limited English they went out of there way to accomodate me and my family.
